E-Sports officially joins the 2028 Olympic program

The IOC has confirmed: E-Sports will be a medal event at the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics. Games selected include League of Legends, Rocket League, and Street Fighter 6.

The decision marks a historic validation for competitive gaming, bridging the gap between traditional athletics and the digital generation. National teams are already forming training camps for the inaugural event.
